Turn Key Development of 5000m2 Distribution Warehouse
We were asked to project manage a new state of the art warehouse facility for a multinational chemical company as part of their expanding distribution network.
The construction of the warehouse entailed lowering the ground levels to accommodate ridge heights as per planning and construction of the warehouse and dock loading bays for distribution. We finished the interior of the warehouse with required lighting to approved ‘Lux’ levels, heating, machinery, such as a conveyor belt system, internal facilities and offices so it was ready for occupation at handover. Due to the nature of the building we installed a state-of-the-art fire detection and suppression system.
We project managed the construction of the warehouse for a London based main contractor. We completed the turnkey development of the warehouse on time and on budget. This is just one example of the sort of commercial development and project management services that we offer.
