Demolition and Construction of 5 Houses
Building solutions (EU) Ltd were contracted to develop 5 townhouses for a property management company.
The land used to build the properties was formerly domestic garages. We inspected the site to determine if there was contamination. When contamination was discovered we worked with the planning office and contamination consultants before development commenced.
The properties were destined for the high end rental market in order to maximise their potential. The houses were completed to the highest standards and were fully fitted with state of the art facilities. We landscaped the property, including building gated access to the development and external storage and bike stores for the occupiers.
