We are excited to share our terrace residential project: a row of three two-bedroom, two-storey terraced homes at the picturesque Bourton Mill site in North Dorset. Surrounded by a tranquil setting within a select development, these homes are thoughtfully designed to complement the neighbouring townhouses while adding a modern touch.
About the project
These homes offer stylish and functional living spaces, ideal for modern homeowners. Each property features two bedrooms, carefully planned layouts, and exterior finishes that harmonise beautifully with the existing development.
To address the site’s unique layout, we constructed a new retaining wall to manage the varying ground levels, ensuring the safety and longevity of the entire development. With a build time of around nine months with the retaining wall, this project showcases our ability to deliver quality homes efficiently and effectively. For this project, we used Weber's anti-stain render, known for its durability and vibrant finish. This choice not only ensures the homes maintain their aesthetic appeal for years to come but also reflects our commitment to using high-quality materials that stand the test of time.
